REFUNDS

Requests for refunds for event registration (conference, class, etc). ten days prior to the event may be considered. A cancellation fee may be charged. Refund requests should be made in writing or by email and sent to the postal mail address or e-mail address on this website. Refund requests caused by an emergency (family, medical, etc.) will be considered at any time on a case-by-case basis. A change in work schedule is not considered an emergency.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use our services, products or websites, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number. By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at [email protected].
