CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to:

Requests received on or before October 20, 2017, will be entitled to a full refund less a $30 processing fee. After October 20, 2017 and before October 31, 2017, the registrant will receive a credit certificate valid for use at the 2018 Colorado State EMS Conference. If for any reason the conference is not held in 2018, the certificate shall become null and void or reissued for a future conference or event. There are no refunds or credits for cancellations after October 31, 2017 or for no-shows.
