60, 61, 101 Toolkit

In addition to researching the potential affects of 2010 Amendment 60 amendment 61 and proposition 101, and taking position against these dangerous ballot measures, EMSAC has developed a toolkit for EMS professionals to use in advancing their own position. It includes:

A generic position statement, adaptable for local use.

A generic news release to announce a position, adaptable for local use.

The relevant portions of the Colorado Fair Campaign Practices Act, which details the limitations on government agencies and their employees in campaigning for or against  ballot measure.
